OCHCON Associates is a design/build company based in Nigeria And manned by reputable and qualified Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and builders.

(1) Our services are geared towards people who have lands but are too busy to sit down and generate a design from the scratch with the experts.

(2)Those Living abroad and who have lands to build upon and who do not want family members to destroy their dreams with dishonesty and diversion of building funds.

Cost:- The Cost is kept extremely low due to the mass production method of our construction and the use of direct labour.

Design consideration

The major consideration in our design is

1. Low Cost

2. Prudent use of Space to Avoid waste of space

3. Use of cost effective, durable, quality materials that require little or no maintenance.

4. Elegant and pride in ownership.

5. The designs have been made to fit into standard plots sizes with the set back taken into consideration. They also conform with all the local Town Planing authorities regulation as per cross ventilation, and size of rooms etc.

BUILDING TYPES

In as much as we do not force people on how to use their properties we advice on the best use of thier houses. Below are the various house types we build.

1. Boy's Quarters-To hold lands and prevent illegal occupants.

2. Small Bungalows-1 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom Bungalows for parents, the needy or guest house

3. Large Bungalows- 3,4 or more Bedroom Bungalows where land is abundant and storey building can not be afforded

4. Semidetached and Terrace Bungalows - 2 or more bungalows joined together. Use or put parent in one and rent out others .

5. Small Block of Flats - 2 flats (one up one down). Use one, rent out one for income.

6. Large Block of Flats - 4 flats (2 up 2 down) use one, rent out others for income.

7. Mega Block of Flats - 5 flats or more for commercial or combined usage.

8. Duplex/Flats - Duplex (maissionnette) attached to two flats

(one up one down). Use Duplex, rent out flats

9. Twin Duplex - 2 duplexes attached together .

10. Special low cost Duplex - 2 or 3 Bedroom maximum, Minimal decking space, only 1 or 2 room upstairs. Enjoy duplex benefits - view, breeze, security, privacy. etc.

11. Large Single Duplex (maissionnette) - Total house.
